The second of the Tex Murphy serial adventures, this hit sequel again casts you as the always-broke Private Eye, Tex Murphy. Down on your luck yet again you are forced to take a case investigating the strange disappearance of a rich man's daughter. But you soon discover that not only has she vanished without a trace, so has the Oracle Stone - an artifact believed to be from an ancient Mars civilization! Those who enjoyed the puzzles in the first installment will want to give this edition a try, as it is of equal quality in puzzle complexity and game play. The graphics, on the other hand, are a vast improvement, as they are comprised mostly of crisp scanned and digitized images.
